Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, to almost every country. A few are not covered by our courier service. If your country is not listed at checkout, send a message using the form above.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in the order they come in and usually arrive within about a week. You can follow your parcel on the tracking page and sign up for alerts on the courier’s website.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. Send a message describing what you need and you will get a custom price.
What if my print arrives damaged?
It is rare, but it can happen. Take photos that clearly show the defect and send them with your order number, and we will check whether it qualifies for a replacement.
Can I book a portrait or event photoshoot?
Yes. Use the Book a photoshoot page to request a portrait or event session in Stockholm, or send a message here with your idea.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay and PayPal. Available methods can vary by region. Cash on delivery is not offered.
