Cherry blossom

Every spring the cherry trees in Kungsträdgården, in the middle of Stockholm, bloom for a couple of weeks, usually around mid-April. It is one of the most popular times of the year for portraits in the city, and I have photographed individuals, couples and maternity sessions under the blossoms every spring since 2023.

The bloom is short, so cherry blossom sessions are planned around it and have booked up fast in past years. Check the booking page for the next dates, or send a message to ask.

Outside the blossom season, you can book a regular portrait session in Stockholm all year round.
